John “Jack” Fitzgibbon has joined Irvine-based Passco Cos. as General Counsel. He will handle all legal matters pertaining to the firm’s investment of properties, oversee outside counsel and manage the firm’s general corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Passco, Fitzgibbon served as General Counsel and a principal of the PRES Cos., a real estate company in Irvine.
