Job Description/Responsibilities:
This is a full-time remote role for an Asset Manager. The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of multifamily properties, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and maximizing the performance of each asset. The Asset Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing asset plans, managing budgets, and conducting market research.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of real estate investment and asset management principles
- Experience in property management and leasing
- Ability to analyze financial reports and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Previous experience in multifamily property management is a plus
